*Dues are paid on a calendar year, not on a twelve month basis, as follows:

* Add a $ 12.00 per year surcharge if the magazine is delivered to a Canadian address.
** Note: Due to the early renewal date with Germany, membership applications from October through December cannot be accepted without payment for the following year's dues.
When you apply for new membership, pay the dues for the calendar quarter in which you are applying (see above note).
Subsequent years will be based on the calendar year (Jan 1 - Dec 31); members will be billed for the following years in late summer or early fall.
